We use two types of wax in our candles: natural coconut wax and soy wax.

Our shipping rates are determined by the carrier we use to deliver our products. However, we offer free shipping and local delivery for orders over $75; This can be a great way to save on shipping costs, especially if you're placing a larger order!

We will quickly send you the correct product if you receive an incorrect one. To return the wrong item, we will provide you with shipping documentation to affix to the package and organize for our courier to pick it up conveniently. If you live in a non-rural area, we can arrange the collection at a residential or business address. However, for rural areas, we may ask you to deliver the package to the local depot.
